You gotta look at the top of your feed! If there's someone live, their profile pic will be there with a ring around it. Tap and you're in.
Sometimes the live videos get featured on the Explore page too. So, you can find them there and join in the fun!
Just open up the Instagram app, tap the profile pic of the person who's going live (usually marked with a colorful ring), and enjoy the show!
