Honestly, just find a computer. Roblox mobile doesn't support two shoulder accessories.

Using a PC, go to Roblox.com, equip the first shoulder accessory in the avatar editor, then select 'Advanced' at the bottom, and add the asset ID of the second shoulder accessory in the available slots. Your mobile avatar will now show both!

You can't directly wear two shoulder accessories on mobile. Use a PC or laptop and then log back into your mobile.

Get on a desktop device, edit your avatar there, and it will sync to your mobile.

Tried this myself: you need a PC or Mac to wear more than one shoulder accessory. Use the 'Advanced' settings in the Avatar Editor.
