Set your friend's Xbox as your 'Home Xbox' in Settings under General. Then, both of you can share Xbox Live Gold and Game Pass! Easy peasy.

Just share your account info with a trusted friend and have them set your account as their Home Xbox. Voila, Xbox Live sharing activated!
