Nope, not at all! Code Breaker is its own separate anime with a totally different plot and characters. They're both awesome in their own ways!

I've seen both, and trust me, they aren't connected. Code Breaker deals with a guy who has special powers and punishes evildoers, while Code Geass is about political rebellion and strategic battles.
