Absolutely not! The English dub of Code Geass is actually pretty solid. Johnny Yong Bosch nails it as Lelouch, bringing just the right amount of cunning and charisma.

I watched the dub first and loved it! The voice actors did a great job capturing the characters' emotions and personalities. Plus, it makes following the complex plot a bit easier.

Nah, the dub isn鈥檛 bad at all. Sometimes subs can be a little overwhelming, and the Code Geass dub is a nice way to enjoy the series without missing any twists.

Hot take: The sub is better, but the dub is definitely not bad. It's a solid option if you prefer English.
