Not really, there are better options out there. Its attack is too low for it to be a top pick.

Cresselia is just okay. It's not the BEST, but it can be really useful in certain situations, especially in PvP.

Cresselia is a tanky legend with great defense! It's awesome in Ultra League battles, but its low attack makes it less ideal for raids.
