Not the best for everyone. In my opinion, it's overrated. There are way better fruits for grinding and PvP.
Dark Fruit in Blox Fruits is awesome if you like crowd control and being a menace in PvP! Its stun abilities are great for both grinding and battling.
I found it really useful for farming NPCs. The stuns keep them at bay and make it easier to grind levels.
