Attack on Titan has a more intricate plot and is full of twists and surprises. Demon Slayer is fantastic, but AoT keeps me on the edge of my seat.

I personally find Demon Slayer's art and animation breathtaking. The emotional depth and character development always get me. Plus, who can resist Nezuko?!
