Not exactly. Season 2 kicks off with a TV adaptation of the Mugen Train movie, but it has new episodes and scenes!

I watched both, and Season 2 isn't just the movie. It has extra bits and a whole new arc. Totally worth it!

Nope! Demon Slayer Season 2 includes the Mugen Train Arc from the movie but also covers the awesome Entertainment District Arc.
