Sorta correct! The Mugen Train arc is adapted in the first part of Season 2, but it's not the entire season. The second half is the Entertainment District arc.

Nope, Demon Slayer Season 2 isn't Mugen Train, but it does cover the Mugen Train arc in its first part. The second part is the Entertainment District arc, which is totally new content!
