Nope, the Enclave doesn't make a direct appearance in Fallout 4. Bethesda decided to spotlight other factions like the Brotherhood of Steel, Railroad, Institute, and Minutemen this time around. The closest you get is some power armor that gives off serious Enclave vibes and a few mentions here and there. But if you're looking for Enclave quests or characters to interact with, you won't find them in Fallout 4.

Not really, the Enclave are MIA in Fallout 4. However, keen-eyed players can uncover remnants of their influence scattered around the Commonwealth. So, while you won't be dealing with them directly, their shadow looms in the background.
