Nope. Fallout New Vegas and Fallout 4 are two different games. Think of them as different episodes of the same TV show. They share the same universe and have a similar gameplay style, but they're set in different locations with different characters and storylines.

Nah, they're like cousins in the Fallout family. Fallout New Vegas was developed by Obsidian Entertainment, and it's more of a spin-off with a focus on storytelling and choice in a post-apocalyptic Vegas. Fallout 4, on the other hand, was developed by Bethesda Game Studios, and it's set in Boston. Different vibes, different stories, but both are awesome!
