As of now, FC 24 isn't confirmed to be on Xbox Game Pass. EA's big titles usually hit EA Play first, which is part of Game Pass Ultimate.

I've not seen any official word yet. Keep an eye on the Game Pass announcements; they sometimes add surprises last minute!
