As of now, there hasn't been any official announcement from NetherRealm Studios that Ghostface will be in Mortal Kombat 1. But who knows? Surprise DLCs happen all the time!

I wouldn't hold my breath. No credible leaks or official teases suggest Ghostface is making his way into MK1. Wishing on a star for those epic slice 'n dice fatalities? You might be waiting a while.

Nope, Ghostface isn't in MK1. I'm a hardcore player, and I've seen no signs or hints of his inclusion.
