Yeah it is, but it kinda depends on the game and the console you're talking about. For example, some GTA titles are backwards compatible on Xbox Series X/S thanks to their awesome backward compatibility feature. You can play classics like GTA IV and GTA: San Andreas. On the PlayStation side, it's a bit more restricted. You might need to use PlayStation Now or look for remastered versions for the newer consoles. Always check the specific game and console!

Short answer: Yes, but not all of them. Check each game's compatibility with your console first!

Honestly, just grab the remastered versions or look for digital editions in the store. Cleaner graphics, less hassle, and you support the devs!

If you're a Grand Theft Auto player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

That includes gift cards from all of your favorite gaming platforms, like PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo, Steam and more... which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
