Iris isn't really rare—it was part of the Iris Starter Pack back in Chapter 2, Season 2. With so many players, lots of people grabbed it!

Iris was available in a Starter Pack, so while it’s not in the item shop now, it’s not that rare compared to some other skins.

Not rare at all. Everyone and their grandma got Iris when it was available.
