Totally, if you mean literally hot wheels from, like, your car overheating or brakes rubbing, that's bad news bears. Cars aren't meant to come with built-in BBQ features. But if you're talking about Hot Wheels as in those awesome little diecast cars, then the biggest risk is probably to your wallet because collecting them can get addictive.
