Konohamaru has experience and mastery over powerful jutsus, but Boruto's got that protagonist plot armor and potential. So yeah, Boruto takes it in my book!
Boruto is stronger. Period.
Having seen both of them in action, Boruto's unique abilities and rapid growth make him stronger than Konohamaru. However, Konohamaru's experience and jutsu knowledge give him the upper hand in some situations.
