Yup, lower sens is generally better in Valorant cuz it gives you more precision for those headshots. Think about it, Valorant is all about accuracy and control, especially when aiming. A lower sensitivity helps you make minor adjustments without overdoing it. But hey, don't go too low or you'll be doing a 360 trying to turn around.

I'd say yes, but don't forget about arm vs wrist aiming. Lower sens usually means you're using your arm to aim, which is better for long-term play without injury and provides more stability. Wrist aiming with high sens can work but risks strain over time.

Definitely lower sens for me. Switched a few months back and my aim has improved a ton. Feels like you can control the recoil and track enemies way easier. Just make sure your mousepad is big enough!

Nah, it's all personal preference. Some top players rock a high sensitivity and still dominate. Find what's comfortable for you and stick with it!
