As someone who's read every chapter and watched all the episodes, I can say the blood is pretty minimal. It's more about the story and characters.
Not really. It's mostly action with some blood here and there, but nothing too extreme.
My Hero Academia has its share of action and fights, so you'll see some blood, but it's not overly gory. Think shonen fare, not a horror show!
