Dub's better. The English voice cast is stellar, and you won't miss any action because you're reading subtitles.
Both the sub and dub are fantastic! The sub has the advantage of original voice acting, which can offer a more authentic experience. But the dub is also top-notch with great performances, especially from actors like Justin Briner (Deku). Give both a try and see what you prefer!
Honestly, it depends on personal preference. Both versions have their strengths. Why not watch a few episodes of each and decide for yourself?
