I’ve played it on my PS5, and sadly, it doesn’t go beyond 30FPS. Would be amazing if they updated it though!

Rockstar hasn’t released a patch to bump RDR2 up to 60FPS on the PS5, so it's still at 30FPS, even with backward compatibility.
