Not yet. Ubisoft hasn't enabled cross-play between PC and Xbox for Rainbow Six Siege.

Nope, Siege isn’t cross-platform between PC and Xbox. You can’t team up with your PC friends on your Xbox.

Unfortunately, Rainbow Six Siege doesn't support cross-play between PC and Xbox. Maybe someday, but not today!
