Steam Support technically doesn't shut down, so you can send in a ticket anytime—day or night. However, don't expect instant replies; response times can vary depending on the issue and volume of tickets. It's more like they're always open to hear your woes, but the counseling session might not happen right away.

Nope, it's not 24/7 in the way you might hope. You can send in requests any time, but the support squad doesn't work round-the-clock. Expect waits, sometimes longer than a pizza delivery during a blizzard.

Steam's support is like a 24/7 convenience store, open all the time but you might have to wait a bit for the fresh hot dogs to come out. You can always submit a support ticket, but response times aren't guaranteed to be immediate.

If you're a Steam player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends and others, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

One of those prizes is the official Steam gift card, which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you’re wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!

The brands referenced on this page are not sponsors of the rewards or otherwise affiliated with this company.
