Nope, Tetris ain't a Nintendo game. It's actually been developed by multiple companies over the years. Alexey Pajitnov created it back in 1984, and since then, it's found its way to just about every platform, including Nintendo consoles!
Tetris isn't exclusive to Nintendo. The original game was created by a Russian software engineer, Alexey Pajitnov, and has been available on many platforms.
