The PS3 is generally considered more powerful due to its advanced Cell Processor, but it was also trickier for developers to optimize games for it.

PS3's raw power with the Cell Processor and Blu-ray support gives it an edge, but Xbox 360's GPU and RAM made it easier for developers.

As someone who owned both, I gotta say, while the PS3 had better hardware on paper, the Xbox 360 often had smoother performance in games.

Power-wise, the PS3 has a slight edge with its Cell processor, but the Xbox 360's GPU is generally considered better for games. It really depends on the game you're playing!

In terms of raw horsepower, the PS3 wins, but the Xbox 360 had a better GPU which balanced things out in many games.

If you're a PlayStation player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends and others, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

One of those prizes is the official PlayStation gift card, which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!

The brands referenced on this page are not sponsors of the rewards or otherwise affiliated with this company.
