I'd say it's a solid yes but with a few caveats. The Steam Deck is revolutionary for handheld gaming, especially if you're deep into the Steam ecosystem. However, battery life can be a bit of a downer, depending on what games you're playing, and it's a bit on the heavier side. Still, for the freedom it offers, those are minor gripes.
