Not really. Most of the bonus content comes from the Fatalities and character endings.

I just finished Story Mode and boom! Bonus scene unlocked. It's a nice little reward for beating the game.

There's definitely an extra scene after you finish Story Mode! It ties up loose ends, so don't skip the credits too fast!
