Sort of! The latest adaptation is Fullmetal Alchemist: Brotherhood, released in 2009. It's a more faithful adaptation of the manga and is newer than the 2003 series. But no, nothing newer than Brotherhood yet!
Nope, if you're looking for something post-Brotherhood, you'll have to stick to spin-offs and movies for now!
I rewatched Brotherhood recently, and it's phenomenal. So even though it's not 'new,' it feels fresh every time!
