As of now, there's no official Tower of God tabletop RPG. But with a little creativity, you could use a flexible system like D&D or GURPS to create your own adventures in the Tower!
I've been using the Pathfinder system to run a Tower of God campaign with my friends. It's been a blast so far! With some customization, it works really well.
No official tabletop system yet, but don't let that stop you! You can adapt the storyline and characters to systems like Fate or Savage Worlds.
