Nope, once they're gone, they're gone. Facebook doesn't have an undelete button for messages.
Hot take: Forget about recovering deleted messages. Just make sure you don't delete important ones in the first place.
Speaking from experience, once I deleted a message thinking it was junk, but needed it later. Facebook didn't have a recovery option. Gone for good!
