You can't restart Fishdom through the game itself. Uninstall and reinstall the app for a clean slate, but back up your data first just in case.
No official way to restart Fishdom, but deleting and reinstalling the app should do the trick! Just make sure you're not logged into Facebook or Google Play/Game Center if you want a totally fresh start.
Sadly, there's no formal restart option in Fishdom. But hey, deleting the app and reinstalling it is your best bet!
