If you're talking about Fullmetal Alchemist: Brotherhood, it's pretty much all killer, no filler! The original Fullmetal Alchemist series has some filler, especially towards the end where it deviates from the manga.

No fillers in Brotherhood! The original series has some, but those episodes still add depth to the characters and world.
