Yes, there are already two live-action Attack on Titan movies released in Japan. They were directed by Shinji Higuchi and came out in 2015. If you're looking for more anime content, check out the recently released Compilation Films and the OVAs!
Nope, just stick to the anime series; the movies aren't worth it.
As a die-hard fan, I can tell you the live-action movies don't quite capture the essence of the series. But hey, more Attack on Titan is always a win, right?
