Sorry to burst the bubble, but as of now, there鈥檚 no Season 2 for Horimiya. Fingers crossed for the future though!
I don't think there will be a Season 2 for Horimiya. The show pretty much wrapped up the storyline from the manga. But who knows, maybe we'll get some spin-offs!
No season 2, folks. The anime concluded with a pretty satisfying ending, covering almost all the important manga arcs.
