Traditional Indian food doesn't usually include soy, but you might find it in some modern or fusion recipes. Always ask to be sure!

Soy isn't super common in traditional Indian dishes. But if you're eating at a fusion restaurant or ordering takeout, check the ingredients just to be sure!

I've eaten tons of Indian food and rarely come across soy. Lentils, chickpeas, and dairy are more common.

Nah, typically Indian food skips the soy. Stick with classics like dal, biryani, or aloo gobi.
