Not really. Tokyo Ghoul √A takes a different path from the manga, which makes it kinda non-canon if you're a purist.

Tokyo Ghoul √A (Season 2) deviates from the manga, so while it's official, many fans don't consider it canon. The storyline was supervised by Sui Ishida, though, so it's not entirely out of left field.
