Nope, Tommy Vercetti, the protagonist from GTA Vice City, doesn't make an appearance in GTA 5. GTA 5's storyline follows totally different characters - Michael, Trevor, and Franklin. So, don't expect any cameos from our favorite Vice City criminal.
