Nope, not really. There are better cards to focus on. Valkyrie's effect is nice but too specific and depends largely on her getting knocked out. You might find her sitting useless on your hand in many matches.

Definitely yes! Used Valkyrie in a match yesterday, and it was epic! Had her on a location with a bunch of weak cards, opponent took her out, then BAM, all my cards got juiced up, and I snatched the win. She's situational but when it works, it's so satisfying.
