Only if you've got the budget for it and enjoy collecting. Booster boxes are fun, but for the same money, you could also buy singles of the cards you really need. It all comes down to why you're into MTG. For the fun of cracking packs and surprises? Go for it. For building a competitive deck? Maybe invest in singles instead.
As someone who's bought a few, it's a yes from me! There's nothing like the excitement of opening packs, and I've found some of my best and favorite cards this way. It's also a great way to bulk out your collection. Just make sure you're doing it for the joy of the game rather than purely investment reasons.
