I actually loved the original Fullmetal Alchemist! It has a unique ending and character arcs you won't find in Brotherhood.

Obviously, Brotherhood. The original is good, but Brotherhood is like the deluxe edition!

Start with Brotherhood! It鈥檚 closer to the manga and has a more coherent plot. Plus, the animation is top-notch!
