Either way works fine! Just make sure it's well-ventilated to avoid overheating. Personally, I think it looks cooler standing up.

I've tried both orientations, and there鈥檚 no difference in performance. Go with whatever fits your setup better.

Horizontal. Always. Less chance of it tipping over and keeps the disc drive safe.

Vertical is the way. Lets it breathe more and avoids potential damage from kids or pets messing with it.

You can place the PS5 either vertically or horizontally. It just depends on your personal preference and the space you have available. I've had mine vertical for months and it works perfectly!

If you're a PlayStation player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends and others, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

One of those prizes is the official PlayStation gift card, which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!

The brands referenced on this page are not sponsors of the rewards or otherwise affiliated with this company.
