It's a cool idea, but Camille's design and lore in League of Legends don't seem influenced by Attack on Titan. Trust me, I'm a fan of both!
League of Legends and Attack on Titan are totally different universes. No connection there.
As someone who loves both League of Legends and Attack on Titan, I gotta say, there's no link between Camille and AoT.
