Nope, Master Van is definitely evil. He鈥檚 got that whole 'I want to destroy the world' vibe going on.
In my opinion, Van鈥檚 complexity makes him one of the best villains in the series. He鈥檚 not just evil for the sake of it, but his methods? Pretty messed up.
