Gems on Steam are kinda like arcade tokens, but for the digital age. You can use them to craft booster packs for your favorite games, which give you trading cards. Or, if you're feeling the market vibes, you can auction them off in Steam's Community Market for some wallet credit or buy and transform them into more gems. It's like a mini-economy game within the larger Steam universe!

Honestly, gems feel a bit pointless unless you're super into collecting Steam trading cards or making a few cents on the Community Market. It's a niche within a niche.

Gems? They're basically a way to get more out of your forgotten, dust-collecting game inventory. Turn those unwanted game items into gems and then either craft booster packs or make some Steam Wallet change. It's recycling, but cooler and with gaming perks.

If you're a Steam player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends and others, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

One of those prizes is the official Steam gift card, which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
