Oh man, buckle up because the world of Pokemon cards is wild. Top of the list? The Pikachu Illustrator card - only a few exist and they can fetch over $200,000! Then there's the First Edition Shadowless Charizard, which can sell for up to $220,000 depending on condition. Other heavy hitters include Blastoise #009/165R Commissioned Presentation Galaxy Star Hologram, Pre-Release Raichu cards (debated existence, but if they're real, oh boy they're valuable), and the Black Star Ishihara Signed GX Promo card. Don't forget about the First Edition Shadowless Venusaur, Shining Charizard from the Neo Destiny set, Umbreon and Espeon from the Pop Series 5, and the Gold Star Rayquaza from the EX Deoxys set. These are the unicorns of the Pokemon card world.

From personal experience, cracking open a pack and finding a First Edition Shadowless Charizard is like hitting the lottery. Sold mine a few years back and it paid for my car. The value of these cards goes beyond just the monetary - it's the thrill of the hunt!

Actually, it's all about that Charizard. First Edition or bust. If it doesn't breathe fire, it doesn't make the bank.

If you're a Pokemon TCG player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends and others, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

One of those prizes is a pack of Pokemon cards, which you can win and get sent to you essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!

The brands referenced on this page are not sponsors of the rewards or otherwise affiliated with this company.
