The current Standard Pokemon cards are the ones that are allowed in the official tournament play, usually encompassing the most recent sets. Pokémon TCG rotates sets annually, so the Standard format typically includes the sets from the last couple of years. To get the precise list of what's currently in, you'd best check the official Pokémon website or resources like Limitless TCG for the most up-to-date information!

Just check the latest sets, man. Anything from the last few years is usually fair game for Standard. But remember, they update the list every year, so always double-check!

Ain't nobody got time for that! Just play what you like and have fun. But for real, keeping up with the latest few sets will mostly keep you in the Standard loop.

If you're a Pokemon TCG player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends and others, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

One of those prizes is a pack of Pokemon cards, which you can win and get sent to you essentially for free!

In case you’re wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
