The Scorched are essentially zombified remnants of people who got infected by a mysterious plague in Fallout 76. They're kinda like what you get if you crossed a ghoul with a raider - they can use guns and have enough brainpower to be a real threat. They're all over the place in Appalachia, so get ready to fight your way through or sneak past them!

The Scorched? They're your not-so-friendly neighborhood mutated humans. Caught the wrong end of a plague and now they're all crispy and mad at the world. They're a key part of the game's lore and you'll be seeing a lot of them. Trust me, been there, done that, got the T-shirt (and the bullets).

If you're a Fallout 76 player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

That includes gift cards from all of your favorite gaming platforms, like PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo, Steam and more... which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you’re wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
