It's sabotage! Some sneaky internal sabotage leads to the Aeres crashing. The novel keeps you guessing who the traitor is among the crew. Spoiler: It's a twist you won't see coming.

So, in the Helldivers novel, the Aeres crashes because of a critical system failure that's dramatically triggered during a high-tension battle sequence. It's a perfect storm of enemy fire damaging the ship and the crew pushing the Aeres beyond its limits. Classic space opera stuff, really – makes for a gripping read!

tbh idk if it was sabotage or a system failure, but either way, it goes down hard. Makes for some intense moments.

If you're a Helldivers player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

That includes gift cards from all of your favorite gaming platforms, like PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo, Steam and more... which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you’re wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
