Personally, I think they'll end it at chapter 37 so they can leave us hanging for the next season. Just my two cents!
I think around chapter 40, considering how fast the anime is covering the story. Plus, it would be a good cliffhanger!
My guess is it will cover up to chapter 39, which is the end of the Katana Man arc. Can't wait to see how they animate the big showdown!
